You can recharge your batteries in complete tranquility on its 8530 ft² of land. Whether you enjoy lounging in the sun or are more athletic, there are various activities on offer in this little corner of the PréAlpes Regional Nature Park. The house is located less than 10 minutes from the Taulane Golf Course and the Karmapa Buddhist Institute, and 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorge. The house, located at the foot of Mount Bauroux at an altitude of over 3281 ft, consists of a spacious 164 ft² living room, a dining room, and a large 56 ft² kitchen. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms, each with a closet, including a master suite with its own private bathroom. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, an office, and a laundry room complete this accommodations. The 8.5 ft² wooded grounds face south. A large covered summer kitchen with garden furniture and a gas plancha grill allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors, right next to the pétanque court and close to the swing. The property must be cleaned before your departure. Otherwise, the €100 deposit (requested at the beginning of your stay) will be retained. Bed linen and towels are not provided. A $1,000 security deposit will be required when you pick up the keys (by check). It will, of course, be returned when you check out if no damage is found. Please note: there is no WiFi!
