Arrivals are from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to approval, except during conference periods and the summer. Guests can choose between in-person check-in and self check-in and are asked to communicate their preference in advance. For in-person check-in, someone will be present on-site. Please note that in-person check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and the summer.
