Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. The security deposit required is €500. A copy of your ID may be requested before your arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is nonsmoking. Please dispose of your trash before leaving and ensure the kitchen area is clean. Otherwise, a deduction from the security deposit will be made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
