There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. After 8:00 pm, check-ins are subject to validation, except during convention periods and in summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and an autonomous check-in, and are asked to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of physical check-in, a member of staff will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 pm incurs an additional charge of €50, payable in cash on arrival, except during conference periods and in summer. For self check-in, a key box is available. Departures are until 11 a.m. at the latest. The deposit required is €500. Copies of your identity papers may be requested prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is nonsmoking. Please dispose of your rubbish before leaving and leave the kitchen area clean. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
