Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. The required deposit is €500. A copy of your ID may be requested before arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is nonsmoking. Please dispose of your trash before leaving and leave the kitchen area clean. Otherwise, a deposit will be deducted.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
