Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during congress periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in, and are kindly requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, someone will be present on-site. Please note that a physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. The security deposit requested is €500. A copy of your identification may be requested before your arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is nonsmoking. Please remember to dispose of your trash before leaving and to leave the kitchen area clean. Otherwise, a deduction will be made from your security deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
