Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. After 8:00 pm, check-ins are subject to validation, except during convention periods and in summer. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 pm incurs an additional charge of €50, payable in cash on arrival, except during conference periods and in summer. For self check-in, a key box is available. Departures are until 11 a.m. at the latest. The deposit required is €500. Copies of your identity papers may be requested prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is nonsmoking. Please dispose of your rubbish before leaving and leave the kitchen area clean. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
