- The cleaning for the end of your stay in included in your reservation. However, you will have to do the dishes and evacuate the trashes before checking out. - If you wish to have a mid-stay cleaning or some new linens during your stay, please contact the agency to see the price for this additional service. - Upon check in, you will have one set of bed linen per bed for the number of guests noted on the reservation and one towel per person. - Beach towel / Pool towel are not included. - We do not provide coffee / tea, soap / shampoo, cleaning products, nor dish soap. - You will however find one bathroom rug per bedroom, a kitchen cloth, one toilet paper roll upon arrival, a sponge for dishes. - A deposit will be requested a few days before arrival through a secured link of payment Swikly. It is a mandatory procedure before checking in. This amount will neither be withdrawn nor frozen, it is a simple pre-approval on your credit card in case of damages or missing items notified upon check out.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
